      Pros

      The people are good to work with. It does feel like the majority of people there do strive to be better each day.

      Cons

      Even though they are expanding some departments, those departments are extremely lean. For some areas, long hours and weekends are the normal. Also, in those lean departments, there is not much room for growth.

      - Clark is a great place to gain exposure to complex projects with clients whom the company has strong relationships with, This is something leadership often reminded me of as a reason why working at Clark is so great. - Clark's reputation in the DMV starts you off on a strong basis with subcontractors and stakeholders. - Great investment into your early career training & development. Will provide trainings for most of your job functions.

      - Your experience at Clark will largely depend on the teams and manager(s) you fall under. - Project assignment can change suddenly.
