Huge financial problems right now in the company. Cutting our company perks. They took away a week of vacation for employees 0-3 yrs and two weeks (10days) for employees 3+ but all execs get unlimited PTO. They used to do more company wide events and hand out merchandise but all of that is cut back significantly. They also do not care about your career goals and will just throw you in any department or jobsite regardless of commute. It is also a zero training company. They throw you into things and use the phrase it’s like “drinking from a fire hose”. Do not work here. We are supposed to have mental health and suicide awareness discussions but no team ever does this and just send a generic post to check a box. Underpaid, overworked, and not treated properly.

With so much work in pipeline, lots of hiring currently needed
