      -Great co-workers -Diversity in the workforce -Decent 401K match -The right team can make a difficult job fun to be at

      -Regularly putting it long hours is expected. Any time and work done remotely doesn't count because its not seen by the powers that be. -Finding a true mentor can be difficult. Without one, your time in the company will be difficult.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 6 years. Leadership is great - most are very accessible with an "open door policy". In a time where many companies are laying off, Clark is incredibly strong and continuing to hire and win work. There are a ton of opportunities to grow professionally and personally - available to all employees.

      Cons

      Not all teams and departments are created equal - I am lucky to have a great team and a great region that I work for.
