      One of the biggest subs in the DC area.

      Can get lost in the shuffle due to being a big company. If you are not in with the happy hour crowd, good luck.

      People at Clark are smart and hardworking. Fairly competitive compensation.

      Cons

      So many cons... - They tell you they don't believe in work/life balance - They can't hold on to mid-career professional (best for entry level) folks prepared to work hard for 1-2 years and leave for green pastures. - Chronically understaffed. Most people here are overworked and miserable. - Immature, unethical personalities in leadership, but they're protected - Secretive, distrustful culture and too preoccupied with protecting the company's reputation

      I have had no complaints since I joined this company. Pay, benefits, the people, etc. have all been fantastic in my time here.
