Matched offers of another company

Cons

Poor management, poor communication, did not actually follow up on "matched offers", had to argue for pay and bonuses that were agreed upon through a contract.

Good company that is family owned and friendly with everyone. Very easy to get along with all employees.

Pay isn’t very good for amount of work and time expected out of you. Benefits aren’t the best
