      - CSH offers opportunity and support for your career progression, including mentoring, leadership and soft skills training, and feedback/performance reviews that correlate to specific job descriptions. - Beyond your salary, CSH offers bonus opportunities, profit sharing, and other benefits such as paid parental leave or mental health services.

      Cons

      - CSH currently needs additional staffing to better manage the workloads across the firm. - Working in a remote environment since the COVID pandemic, there is less face to face interactions between coworkers than there used to be.

      Pros

      CSH has always allowed me to put my family first while still helping me to progress in my career. The anytime anywhere policy has provided the flexibility I need to be present with my family while still making sure I get my work done during times that work best for me and my family.

      Cons

      I wish CSH had a more progressive parental leave policy but they have been making big strides in this area over the past couple years.
