One thing that we genuinely love about our service lines is that it offers our associates the chance to diversify their experience, as you mentioned, by working with multiple industries. Unlike larger firms, our associates have access to clients and have the ability to make a real impact on their business. Of course, peak season has always been a barrier to work/life balance, and we do recognize that this can be hard on our team. Thank you for giving us this feedback as we are currently working on solutions to this concern which will help improve the work/life balance for all of our associates. Keep up the great work!

      Pros

      Leadership is amazing, no micro managing and they allow you to take opportunities to prove your worth. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone wanting to get into the cyber security field and learn what it takes to be a consultant.

      Cons

      Nothing besides the pay could be more competitive, seems slightly lower than most but the culture is worth the less competitive pay.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons of working at CSH are... -Anytime anywhere work policy -Coworkers with more experience want to see you grow as an employee, so help is almost always available -Friendly/welcoming staff (made me feel like I was part of the team from day 1) -Benefits

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of was getting trained during covid, a lot of training was online so a little difficult to grasp all concepts. This was uncontrollable for the company, so no overall cons I can think of!
