1. Managers and partners are extremely friendly and helpful 2. No question is stupid, all staff are there to help you learn and grow in the field 3. Workload is reasonable considering what a typical busy season looks like

It is soooo difficult to keep up with tech---it can be overwhelming deciding what will better the lives of our clients, communities and employees, and then getting it all folded in to the existing systems. I know there were at least two new systems enhancements that went live this busy season, and that there are more on the horizon, so stay-tuned!
