      -Not a lot of cons, the workload can be very intense during busy seasons but that's the reality of public accounting.

      Pros

      Working with the CSH team has been the best career move. You are treated like a professional and respected for your expertise and contributions. I have an excellent manager who supports me and helps me when I need it. I absolutely love the work anywhere policy and flexibility to work from home, a client's office or one of CSH's office buildings as needed. I appreciate the efforts the organization has made to be more inclusive and celebrate each individual's uniqueness.

      Cons

      As an advisor it can be a demanding job, as you need to keep on top of multiple clients, flexible and adaptable. The good news is there is a great team of colleagues willing to jump in to help. I have so much flexibility that when a big project pops up, I'm willing and able to take on the extra work to help my clients succeed.
