      Pros

      Salary and bonuses. Big employer so you'll have a chance at networking a bit.

      Cons

      No growth path for technical folks. No innovation. Always hiring consultants to deliver "cutting edge" (sometimes 10yr old) solutions. In short: once you get over the salary and bonuses you'll quickly realize that your growth as a professional software engineer is seriously stunted.

      If you don't have experience and want to get knowledge, this the right place to do it. Coworkers like to help in your career, and the company provide you the time to be on shape.

      Cons

      After 2 years working in this company, you don't see increment of knowledge, because you stay doing the same thing. The HR department don't evaluate the person to be if can move to a better position.
