Whe work all throw the systems in HR. And how the tactical plans for human resources impacts directly in to the Business strategy. We are for the company strategic partners and work hand to hand with the members of the executive staff incluiding the general manager.

      A less bad company to work in.

      Pros

      In general, according to the condition of most Dominican Republic company it is one of the best company to work at. This gives you a secured job; if you want a job for long this company can do that for you. The infrastructure installation are best than the average. Club for employees (only some companies have club for employees in this countries). Annual increased salary.

      Cons

      Annual increased salary is not enough since it is the number one telecommunication company in the country. Less than US$100 annually. They do not bet on the employee's professional growth; in 10 years I have working here just recently have started to some of us to pay certification exam. They do not promote; in the same ten years I have only witnessed two real promotions in IT Operation. Little motivation to make the employee give the extra mile; most employees are waiting the labor end day to leave. I only recommend a friend work here, because is one of the less bad company to work in.
