      Great outlook with the development of IOT solutions and new leadership in the sales team. Good salaries and bonuses.

      Cons

      The lead time of a new product is very long and innovation sometimes gets stuck. Sales are easy to make but sometimes implementation take a while and your focus as a Sales Representative gets blurred while pushing things to move forward.
