      A market leader, not just in market share but in vision, financial capability and leadership strength. Competitive benefits within this market. A culture of excellence.

      Cons

      Lack of focus - trying to do too much at once, and worse, stuff that's not really needed. A culture of complacency that dangerously counterbalances the cultural drive for excellence. Too centralized decision-making.

      Team work and satisfying multifunctional job taht allows you to learn from different areas. Its an important multinational enterprise and leader in the country.

      Cons

      The salaries are very low and they think the utilities ar worth it. The organization has a very vertical structure that doesnt allows to know everyone.
