      Pros

      They do not seek experience or studies. It is good to have a job base in telecommunications.

      Cons

      You need to have connections to move up. Management does not know what it is doing and there are no significant long-term benefits. If you plan to work long term, I do not recommend it if you are going to enter now it would be for experience of 2 to 5 years at most if you live near work.

      Good for gaining experience for recent grads. Salary is okay. Paid vacation and sick time off.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunity for professional growth in your position. You basically stay doing the same role for as long as you work there.
