      Pros

      A great amount of human talent. Big company with great potential. One of the local leaders in the telecommunications industry.

      Cons

      Bad management in general, human resources are not used or compensated/treated properly. Bad reputation in the market. Physical plant maintained poorly. Extreme bureaucracy in internal procedures.

      There are no pros I can share. Definitely not a good experience. No positives here. You probably can do better.

      Cons

      As a former employee, I advice you to avoid working for this company. There is not one positive thing I could say about it. As a member of the LGBT community, I suffered from constant homophobia coming from upper management. I was never treated as an equal. It got to the point where I just couldn't bear walking in that office in the mornings. Avoid them if you can.

      A place to get experience... But not a place to grow up.

      Phones with great discounts... Regular salary... There is no more benefits.. For the customer service representative.. For other positions maybe yes

      Too much overtime... If you want to study is very hard or even impossible.. My schedule just allow me to study in my day off. No work life balance... The higher position that you can get is manager of a store if you start as a CSR The people who work in the headquarters gets more benefits than a csr You must wear a stupid uniform.. If you study there is no benefits.. Even if you study something helpful to the business...
