      No raises, no bonuses, no incentives to work with this company Keep changing polices/expectations then management become defensive when we express concerns Management is NOT receptive to any kind of criticism

      Team-oriented environments, impacting the community in a positive way. Rehire process was straightforward. For a mental health support role, very low relative stress & taking work home.

      Salary not competitive, sometimes toxic work environment, sudden changes to policy then low follow through on equal expectations of all staff.
