More concerned about quantity of clients rather than the quality of clinical work with the families and children. Pushy in regards to increasing number of clients Training program not as efficient as they state Upper management / administration does not manage effectively or efficiently. Where do I start? The managers could care less about anyone, if you're sick and throwing up everywhere with a fever, they don't care they still expect you to work. You're super underpaid for the work that you do. You get yelled at for anything but if the management messes up nothing is said or done. The company is just in it for the money. The poor clients get so scared they pee themselves its sad.
