      Pros

      Some of the most fulfilling work I have ever done with families and children who have autism Great pay at entry level position Create your own schedule. You can work this job and another job easily. The office staff is very helpful and readily available for you.

      Cons

      Recent elimination of jobs with a new CEO. All work and billing must be submitted within 24 hours Can be very stressful work If you dont manage your work/life balance correctly you can get burnt out easily.

      Pros

      Clients are appreciative and do well if given support and help. Most staff are dedicated and do their best to make a difference if they work directly with clients.

      Cons

      Management, and their need to make money by any means necessary even if employees and clients don't receive the support and dignity they could receive if management was supportive. Most employees that are not in management move on to better companies that give better pay and concern for their employees. This company does not!
