Pros

The only positive thing that WAS in place was setting own hrs. I'm not sure it applies when you have to send your daily schedule to the office.

Cons

Inconsistency across the board Lack of direction & training No mileage pay Low pay Company's expectations are unrealistic Managements' attitude lowers morale The office is in Kernysville where there is a lack of transportation

Pros

Fantastic team to work with overall including supervisory support. The clinical director of Robinson is very down to earth and treats everyone equally and with respect. Positive and strong leadership from the top down makes the work environment very positive and enjoyable.

Cons

Simply not enough money. Although the work environment is positive and a place where I would love to stay, when the work hours are not consistent and the pay is horrible, it is not enough to keep staff. The pay rate for this sort of job has not changed at all in fifteen years where the pay rate for other fields is changing with the times. It is unfortunate because the work is enjoyable and the team is amazing.

Pros

Great co-workers, somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

Working in unsafe conditions often going to homes that are dangerous and unsanitary. In-home and Mental Health Support required to use own car and paid mileage rate from early 1980's (.30 p/mile)- we were told that we were lucky to get this as it was NOT required although other agencies in the area pay .50-.55.5 cents per mile. Upper management staunch with communication problem. Uncooperative with a huge amount of work performed at home (which you are not compensated for). Company DOES NOT seem to care about clients and their welfare at all--only looking at profits:(
