Corporate office dictates ridiculous changes, expectations. They handle themselves very unprofessionally, almost child-like, when things don't go according to plan. They make everything WAY too complicated, and when the work suffers, they look for someone to place blame on, rather than simplify their own foolish policies, procedures, etc.

Pay is low and they continually decrease it, many barriers to actually doing counseling, tons of paperwork that is never ending, considerably company bureaucracy, long hours during the school year, very high and unreasonable productivity expectations, under lots of pressure from supervisors/managers to meet the unreasonable and unattainable productivity, productivity is tied too much to salary and most of the time productivity is out of the therapist's control, redundancy in paperwork
