Pros

Nothing at this time. Anything good was removed by the company in the last two years.

Cons

Inept management who then treats employees poorly. Employees leave, and then the rest of the staff are expected to pick up the extra work. Poor or stagnant compensation - any raises the last few years have been eaten up with health insurance premium increases. Taking away of previous benefits. Shady business dealings but compliance reports go nowhere. Poor and/or inadequate care for patients, but pinching pennies is more important than good mental health care.

Only good thing is getting to create your own schedule.

Cons

Expect to be cussed out by mental health clients and Clarvida leadership. You have staff that are talking loudly on speaker with their family. Pay is ridiculously low and turn over is insane. Leadership is unsupportive making it seem like therapists, case managers and ect aren’t doing their duties. Leadership is unsupportive. I’ve tried asking my supervisor for support and they pretty much cussed me out or have eyes rolled at you for asking. Sad that leadership doesn’t have any kind of compassion for their staff and if you don’t meet your billable quota due to being sick or on vacation then you get reprimanded. Leadership has favorites and gives preference to staff with seniority for over time or opportunities to earn billable hours. It’s a high school clique. You also have staff watching reality tv at work. This company is for profit and doesn’t care about treatment or staff safety. Staff dresses unprofessionally including casual clothes, leggings and see-through shirts. That’s not clinical at all. I’d expect better from a mental health clinic. It’s also a fraudulent company that doesn’t pay out the monthly bonuses despite staff meeting quota. You’re expected to bill 80+hrs to get a bonus but they don’t ever pay on time. They owe employees months of backpay.
