Everything. The staff, the people you serve, the work life balance. I do not have any complaints.

Cons

If there was a con, it would be not that much room for growth.

Pros

I enjoy working with the adolescent clients.

Cons

The pay isn't satisfactory, and the company lets their employees do what they want. They can come in late, they can wear inappropriate clothing, and they spend their day on their phones, instead of helping the staff that is actually working. No repercussions for their actions.
