      Flexible schedule (to a degree) Professional experience with social work

      Cons

      Unpredictable hours (20 hours a week when supposed to be full-time) Lack of shared resources Lack of community with other coworkers A LOT of mileage put on your car

      There is flexibility and understanding from middle management. Middle managers are supportive.

      Cons

      Low pay. Continuous changes and unrealistic goals at time.
