Work with clients is a wonderful experience.

Cons

Company makes lots of promises about new equipment ... training ... pay raises ... and then nothing happens. Health insurance benefit is horrible -- costs a lot and high deductible. Vacation days provided but you have to find your own coverage. Low mileage reimbursement compared to other companies. Just reduced the phone stipend for using our own phones. State directors are clueless about what the actual job is on a local level -- completely out of touch. Almost total lack of diversity in mid and upper management ---

The best part of the job is definitely the schedule.

Cons

You have to be careful about which region you apply to. They are all different and have completely different rules for each region!!! Upper management doesn't seem to care or are willing to help. I reached out several times with issues/concerns and nothing was ever done.
