      No support or direction False promises of promotion Clicky Management never gives you a straight answer Pay is horrible Group homes are filthy. Office is filthy

      State Director and other leaders were committed to providing the best possible care for clients served. There was a "family" atmosphere...warm, friendly and supportive.
