      Pros

      Mission is to work with children and families in community based program.

      Cons

      More concerned about quantity of clients rather than the quality of clinical work with the families and children. Pushy in regards to increasing number of clients Training program not as efficient as they state Upper management / administration does not manage effectively or efficiently. They tell you what you want to hear instead of working through issues Fraudulent billing and management staff

      Pros

      The office people were always so helpful and willing to teach. Always very welcoming.

      Cons

      When the higher ups came to speak at our office they made a lot of promises and kept none. When you asked them questions they really were not prepared to answer. They always ran late for the phone conferences and then very disorganized when they finally did get on the phone. They forgot to mute their conversations and they had said they wanted to mute all callers so they didn't have to hear from any employee. Really all the calls were to let everyone know they would be getting richer and while there was no raises or anything for the TSS's.
