Free snacks, workouts, and wearing leggings to work Swag was cool It was about health and wellness minus working 75+ hours Autonomy within your expertise Really smart pockets of people with passion for what they did Female empowerment, yet c-suite were men.

Cons

Forced you in your lane and limited to grow beyond UNLESS you knew someone in c-suite. It was a boys club and completely about politics. Additionally, it was always about making investors happy with lots of inefficiencies. Definitely drives burn out with hours required to finish the job.
