      Been awhile, but had a so-so experience

      Pros

      At the time, ClassPass employees could take classes during hours (provided you got your work done), flexible vaca policy and most of the women in leadership roles were amazing to work with and such great assets to the company

      Cons

      At the time, lots of internal changes, perks taken away, mass lay offs done really unprofessionally, no 401K match, expensive health insurance

      - amazing benefits - smart, kind, helpful and hardworking people - fun company culture - work hard play hard mentality - I personally have a great work/life balance - ClassPass invests a lot in learning and development

      - Some teams are better managed than others - Some people may not like the fast-paced ever-changing environment, but that's what you get yourself into when working for a thriving tech start-up

      - Not only does Leadership care about the success of the business, they care a lot about employee happiness and company culture - Co-workers are supportive and motivating - If you're interested in growing your career, you can find it here (as long as you do the work yourself and put in the effort to find what's right for you) - The company is constantly evolving and improving. Nothing feels stagnant -- you're always on your toes which feels exciting.

      Cons

      - Wish there was more cross-functional bonding, collaboration, and brainstorming. There are so many incredible employees at this company on different teams - their differing POVs/experiences coming together will help improve our product! - More diversity and representation on the leadership level -- it's crucial to have different perspectives for a more open and inclusive environment.
