Business Outlook
Pros
Leadership is honest and transparent and kind. They care about you. They loop you into decisions as much as is reasonable. Excellent benefits package. Work life balance is incredible.
Cons
Internal movement is extremely competitive. They often hire from outside over hiring from within. Several people who have been with the company 3+ years looking to move up. Customer Service is outsourced which is often frustrating for customers and partners. Like it or not--maybe this is everywhere--but the fast track to getting ahead is long hours.
