Pros
The culture was incredible - full of motivated people who were treated well by the company and collectively created a culture of fitness and wellness. Best health benefits on the planet that included medical care as well as basically unlimited fitness options. Lots of opportunity to make something of yourself at a rapidly growing startup.
Cons
The industry has been hit hard by COVID and I've heard from the inside that working for the company is not what it used to be.
