People are all willing to help out beyond their job scopes; coworkers are intelligent and always thinking of new ways to better the company for our users and partners. Everyone works hard!

Cons

Culture doesn't seem to be as close-knit as other companies; people are incredibly heads down and there aren't many company events to celebrate moments.

My team lead updates us on leadership decisions, the thought process, and always encourages questions. Very approachable leadership who genuinely care about who they hire.

Cons

A Con to some- there is a lot of figuring things out on the job, to other this is an exciting part of being at a relatively young company that's growing
