Great place to flourish as a self-starter!
Pros
ClassPass attracts people who are smart, motivated, and are passionate about the company mission. I love the free membership benefit and it's so nice to be able to take classes with coworkers and that so many of us use and love the product. The office is beautiful and the operations team plans fun bonding events for us. There is also a focus on internal mobility- there is information about every team out there, knowledge shares, a mentorship program, and people are very open to informational interviews. The people who do well here tend to be self-starters who are proactive and motivated to figure out what skills they need to learn to get to the next level.
Cons
People love what they do and sometimes will work late hours/weekends. The NY office can be intimidatingly quiet- everyone is working so hard. It would be great to see more diversity on the leadership team and at the company in general, but it seems like they are working on it.
