Pros

bad mothing and gossiping between senior-level management political battles across continents strict management levels that discourage collaboration too much focus on the big picture / 'great' things about the company and not enough focus on training and building teams poor HR with little to no follow through little to no role progression or expansion - they will put you where the company needs you, regardless of your area of interest or skils

Cons

free fitness membership CEO is energetic and encouraging, but that's about the only place you'll find that in this company

Pay is good but they work you like a dog

Cons

Management is prone to bias. They're unprofessional and do not know how to manage a team. Their business model is also incredibly scammy to partners. Clients do not have control over their accounts and will be forced to accept the terms set by management.
