Excellent work-life balance, fun product, interesting technical problems, modern tech stack, competitive compensation, free access to online learning resources (egghead.io & codeschool), even mix of mid-level and senior engineers, interview process favors live-coding rather than whiteboard hazing, transparent compensation expectations via angel-list
Cons
Meetings cut into individual contributors' time a bit too much. Benefits could be better (no catered food, health insurance provider requires prior authorization for minor services).
