Pros
Some vacation perks. Classic does provide a lot of travel rewards, so if you are lucky enough to receive one you will stay at some of the most amazing properties and locations in the world.
Good PTO/Vacation benefits, as well as some other Expedia perks, but nothing that most larger companies don't also offer, so could be more competitive
There is often free catered lunches, provided by partners
The CEO is pretty good. He is accessible to anyone in the company and has a fairly open-door policy which is refreshing. You will often see him mingling about the call center, being quite jovial with staff.
If you are looking for something right of college or a job that doesn't require a lot of education, this is a good place to work for a short time, then move on.
