Strong control over quality assurance and quality controls.

Cons

At a magnificent projects you have to devote more than what you could which is a given fact and not a downside. A construction professional is known by the kind of projects he she works for.

Growing company A lot of easy going people, makes interacting with different parts of business easy Can advance far if the right people like you

Cons

Nepotism is rampant, particulary among families who have been with company for years If the wrong person doesn't like you, your life can be miserable No real consideration on difference's in cost of living between locations with regards to salary Overwork people to the point of burnout and just replace them with more people who then get burnt out No HR so managers and executives can treat people poorly with no repercussions Diversity of all types is laughable, especially in real decision making positions Pushed people into coming back into office to justify cost of buildings and not what is best for morale, productivity, and retention No opprotunities for advancement if you don't want to suck up to upper management

Delivering projects for our clients from coast to coast has given us a unique perspective on a variety of locations, as well as an understanding of the cost of living in those locations. We are constantly adjusting benefits and compensation to accommodate. The only way we have been able to experience this significant growth is by hiring great people and making sure that they are well taken care of and held accountable for their responsibilities. Every employee has access to Leadership and has their personal contact information, and we are very proud of our open door policies.
