- No official misconduct review process - Unfriendly executives - Managers don't respect teammates work/life balance - Unequal opportunities for team building based on office location - Executive leadership is too dependent on IT staff for addressing issues with personal devices - Project managers typically believe they have the ability to bypass company IT policies - IT leadership often pulls triggers on changes without notifying help desk prior - Unable to retain good talent amongst people of color

Pros

Very diverse and inclusive company. Any form of harassment is not tolerated. Values employees and their individual strengths. Actively hires the best and brightest. Unlimited resources to train and learn. Very open communication. The office is beautiful! In-office gym, lots of meals and snacks provided. The pay is great!

Cons

Open workspaces are challenging when you need to concentrate and keep up with a fast and furious workload. It's hard for some people to respect your space, and interruptions can be frequent. The plus is collaboration is much easier.
