Pros

nice place and people, we have a gym the culture is good.

Cons

Poor leadership and talent recognition. they are some bosses that have no idea about their people talents and you cannot grow in this environment. Although the company makes enough money, but they do not pay architects well. There is no reason behind salaries!!! Stay Away from this place
