Growing in southern california area

Cons

Office is moving to new location because it’s convenient for executives only. After 5 years in one location and people setting up their lives around getting to and from work at a new office the executives decided without input from any employees to move office location only convenient to the airport. Not once were employees asked about this or had there concerns listened too. It’s what happens when executives are not based in the same city and make decisions without knowing what its like living where the office is.

Lots of great things. Free prepared lunches daily, great gym, ev charging stations, great wages.

Cons

Communication can be very poor.

Generous salary, so many great perks and benefits. Free lunch, free personal training and access to on-site gym/classes, beautiful office, massages, great insurance.

Cons

PTO policy isn't very good. 15 days for the first 10 years, then you get another 5 days after you hit 10. There is no negotiation or wiggle room in the PTO policy,
