Cons

Often operates like a small business. Can be inefficient, slow and sometimes boring.

Very good pay & benefits.

Cons

Too many upper management bosses and no one really pays attention to the Project or their needs except when on site for Meetings, every other week. On site upper management had no idea of construction, techniques, scope writing, etc.
