Incredible place to work with great people and atmosphere! I've been in the industry for nearly 15 years and came to Clayco four of those years ago after relocating back to Chicago from another top tier national firm - one of the biggest pros of Clayco has to be our integrated platform, which allows me to have a much wider lens of our industry that directly benefits our clients as well as my own personal career development and opportunities.

Clayco is a great place to work. There is an energy and culture here that is unique in our industry. The workspace is very nice and there are several amenities including a fitness center, with a trainer, that you are allowed to use any time of the day. Often we have catered events. There is a sense of family throughout the organization and people really care about one another. The projects are exciting and the talent here is impressive. Clayco is also very active in the community and supportive of employees that are active in the community as well. Work can be challenging but also very rewarding, work hard/play hard.
