      Pros

      Extremely smart group of hardworking people. Everyday is different and you can learn something new everyday. I feel the team is in it together and I know I have support from across the business, including leadership. Clayco has their client's best interests at heart and it shows internally, just as much as externally. We put problem solving and consultation before construction. That allows us to guide clients more effectively than most design-build firms.

      Cons

      Pace is fast, but understandably so. Teams are kept very busy, which is both a pro and a con. For some that pace can be unruly.

      Challenging, fast paced, fast growing and innovative company. Great people.

      Cons

      Difficult to work in open floor plan. Not enough office space for people in leadership roles.

      Pros

      Throughout the continuous growth of Clayco, we've maintained a small company feel. With all the entities under one roof, you are able to connect with colleagues you may be isolated from in other settings. You are trusted and expected to do your job without a lot of hand holding, but are never made to feel like you can’t approach managers/mentors for guidance. If you’re looking for a challenging role and enjoy a fast paced environment, Clayco is the perfect place.

      Cons

      The open concept is fun, but can be somewhat distracting. There's always amazing food, so you're guaranteed to gain 10 pounds in your first year.

      Thank you for taking the time out to share your thoughts! We are proud of our unique culture and the successful people here enjoy the autonomy and fast pace. Our people are our most valuable assets so, making sure we all are able to discuss important matters with management is of highest priority. Good thing we have an on site fitness center to offset having lots food around here.
