I have very bad experience with this company. I could only stay less than a year. People do backbiting, failure is an opportunity to be used against a person, no value to people but the company. I have been told many times "Go figure out yourself". The worst part is Clayco is always under-staffed. You are expected to work at least 10 hours to get things done yourself. Management is living in a different world where they only oversee the budget and billings of a project, no team spirit, no value to people. I am so glad that I left there, this company should be your last bet if you don't have any other offers on the table.
