Pros
Amazing energy! Challenging but creative. Has always done what they promised. Really adopts "family is first" but, the job is the boss too so, we have flexibility to work around stuff but, expect the work to get done. The office space is awesome. Full gym, trainer, and places to get out of my office and get work done. Clayco utilizes technology to work from anywhere.
Cons
same as above...need to be a self starter and know how to get work done. A lot of growth in past 10 years so, some growing pains along the way.
