      Pros

      Everyone is like family to each other. We work hard and play hard. Each day is different, which is good. The management takes care of their people.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication can be a little tricky, but that'll happen anywhere you go.

      Great culture with family feel A safe place to work Commitment to diversity in employment Open door policy Fitness center with full time trainer (stl) 100 percent match of 401(k) Plans Casual dress code Attractive work environment inside and out, latest technology

      Cons

      Not sure this is really a con but more just want happens when you work at a large company; over the past few years there have been a lot of new hires and it is just not possible to know everyone by name. I find myself introducing myself to new faces every chance I get.
