Good benefits. Good customer service.

Cons

County aesthetics need a lot of work. Not only managing the landscape of the county but the vacant buildings that attract unwanted elements. Salaries are not competitive with other counties.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work with some friendly people within the office. The teams are small and you're basically working within a startup company.

Cons

I was hired and fired a couple of months later, I wasn't onboarded correctly. No paperwork, no documentation, forced to help refactor an old system. That experience was horrible.
