Pros
Great pay and Great schedule. Very easy to get along with your co workers. Fast paced job if you like to be constantly moving.
Cons
Management needs alot of work, only focus is making production. Quantity over Quality. many problems with the houses that arent resolved and there is no sense of accountability as long as production is made. Problems that are reported to management are overlooked.
