Everyday brings something different. Well established company. Room to grow if you want to put in the effort.

Cons

Equipment is old, ran down. Can’t get satisfaction from upper management. A lot of “lip service” and broken promises

Pros

Company has lots of resources and is becoming more progressive in its offerings (now has Employee Resource Groups, mentorship programs...etc.).

Cons

Communication between InSite group and upper management is very limited. Frustrating not to know what compensation is for other job titles...discourages internal job mobility.
