Starting pay isn’t competitive with other environmental companies. By yearly raises are a positive thing but it prevents management to give raises to high performers. Organization lacks simple communication at times

Management is a joke. They don't care about employees or their work life balance. They won't give raises out more than $0.25 at a time. They say you are topped out in the pay but really your not. They hire managers that are family members of high up corporate. The equipment is a joke a falling apart. The amout of duct tape they use just patch holes and hold together stuff is unreal. Equipment that should not even be on the road. They don't even proved with proper ppe for the jobs or enforce it but preach safety. We had a dozen people quit in a 6 month span. All gave 2 week but clean harbors fired them after less then a week. Just total POS people. Benefits are expensive. 1400 a month for a family of 4
