Horrible company that treats employees like they are nothing. Work load increases every year as they acquire more companies, but no additional people are hired. No raises for years on end and instead of being open with employees they try to dodge the hard questions. 401k match a total of $750 a year is a joke. Managers are unqualified and not capable of leading. I blame this on the company as they provide no training to them. They promised so many things which I now realize were complete lies. If you’re looking for a company to come to and get an 8-5 job with no growth or development and be absolutely miserable all day you should come here. If you’re looking for a career and an employer that values its workforce stay away at all cost. I regret coming to this company everyday, is basically a dysfunctional kindergarten. Absolutely no morals. Read reviews before taking a position at this company!!!

No 401k match, no pay increases for years, Corporates upper level management is against employee retention based on the fact that they are quick to discipline an employee over heresy and half truths and then issue written warnings without ever giving “me” the employee in question the opportunity to be heard. All this after reading another newsletter boasting how integrity’s is everything and the foundation of the company. So after 4 years of doing an excellent job for these guys I realized my best will never be enough for a company not willing to invest in their employees so I came in one day and quit.
